As a yoga and meditation teacher, curriculum designer, and corporate wellness facilitator, I specialize in creating structured, research-backed programs that deliver real results.
Whether I’m leading a stress-relief session in the workplace, designing a wellness training for a yoga studio, or guiding individuals through breathwork and sound healing, my focus is on making wellness accessible, effective, and sustainable.
