Emily provides on-site corporate classes and workshops for the Chicago area and virtual wellness sessions for companies.
Yoga in the workplace may be held in the morning, at lunchtime, or in the early evening, at the company’s request.
Included in the sessions are physical exercises to specifically help with lower back pain, neck, and shoulder tension.
We also practice breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. She can also incorporate sound baths using crystal singing bowls for relaxation. Employers have had success in keeping their employees healthy and happy by introducing programs like yoga classes.

4 Steps for Creating Your Company's Yoga Program:
Step 1: Fill out the Request Form
Complete the Request Form so I can help you create a wellness program that will best suit your company. I’ll reach out with times we can meet to discuss further!
Step 2: Meet and Greet
We’ll meet on Zoom to discuss what your goals are for your yoga program or workshop. I want to know all about you and your company before we plan anything.
Step 3: Introductory Session (for memberships)
We will schedule a time that the majority of your employees can come try out their first yoga class. at a reduced rate
Step 4: Customized Yoga Program
Based on your organization’s goals and needs based on the initial meeting, I will propose a customized yoga program for your company

What type of sessions and workshops does Emily facilitate?
Wellness Sessions
Single Sessions
These single sessions can be held in-person in Chicago and/or virtually, for 30 minutes or up to an hour! Great for conferences, employee appreciation events, or team building.
Formats for the classes include one or more of the following based on the needs of your employees and organization:
- Mat Yoga
- Chair Yoga
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Sound Bath
Sessions must be paid for in advance and the 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.

Membership
Invest in your employees’ wellness with a membership! Emily teaches a movement and/or mindfulness session on a recurring basis for your organization weekly or monthly, using one or a mix of the formats listed above.
Additionally, she sends a wellness newsletter each month to your employees that includes movement and mindfulness videos to practice on their own, recipes, and wellness tips.

Wellness Workshops and Programs
Tech Worker Program
This 4-session series is part lunch-and-learn, part movement and mindfulness, specifically designed for those who work at a desk. We discuss anatomy and posture, common aches and pains and how to alleviate them, plus how to navigate stress and burnout in a fast-paced career!

Stress Management Program
This 4-session series is designed to help corporate employees alleviate stress and recharge their energy by learning about the science of stress, and practicing stress-reducing techniques. This program focuses on practical, accessible exercises that reduce anxiety, calm the nervous system, and promote mental clarity, offering employees a powerful tool to manage workplace pressures and prevent burnout.

Relaxation Program
This 4-session series combines learning about the importance of rest, then practicing restorative postures and sound baths to help employees unwind and recharge. Employees are able to release tension and promote mental clarity. Designed for mid-day breaks or end-of-day resets, this series fosters a calmer, more focused workplace.

Hi! I’m Emily Kiefer.
I’m a corporate and private yoga teacher, sound healer, and breath coach based out of Chicago.
I have been teaching full-time for 2 years and have worked with many of private clients many of whom I’ve continued to work with.
My mission is to help you learn more about your body, empower you with tools to take care of yourself and show you that you are stronger than you think.
You are resilient. You are strong. You are worthy.
Your mind and body have amazing potential, but sometimes we need someone else to show us that and show us how to uncover it.
That’s what I’m here to do.
I’ll challenge you in the most loving and accessible way.
Not too much, not too little. Just the perfect middle path amount.
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or have practiced for twenty years. You can always benefit from 1×1 guidance.
